When I am stressed out, my skin breaks out in pimples. For me, it isn’t just one big pimple, it is a face full of them.

No worries. I’m so used to this and know very well how to get rid of pimples.

1. Unclog the pores. Salicylic acid in this acne treatment gel dissolves the dead skin and dried up sebum that clogs the pores.

2. Kill bacteria. Triclosan works brilliantly for me. My doctor taught me this. Also found in T3

Most acne treatment products contain benzoyl peroxide that kills acne bacteria by forcing oxygen into the pores, making it uninhabitable for the bacteria. It irritates my skin though. Triclosan works better for me.

So far so good. My skin is clearing up slowly. I also use a kaolin + witch hazel mask and some supplements to clean my skin and balance my out of whack hormones. It is working
